 Looking at https://gitlab.com/geos/libgeos/branches the default branch is
 `svn-2.1`, showing a default view of GEOS from a decade ago. It should
 ideally be changed to `svn-trunk`. While I can't find any help for GitLab,
 it should probably be similar to [https://help.github.com/articles
 /setting-the-default-branch/ Setting the default branch on GitHub].

 (Issues cannot be added at the GitLab mirror, which is why I'm tracking
 this here.)
