It sounds like a lack of CMakefile update:

 $ grep bug176.xml Makefile.in
        $(srcdir)/tests/ticket/bug176.xml \
 $ grep bug176.xml CMakeLists.txt
    ${XMLTESTS_DIR}/bug176.xml

You know I'm not maintaining the CMake scripts at all...
