[geos-devel] GEOS Matrix/IRC rooms

FYI I've created a Matrix room bridged to a Freenode IRC channel:

 https://matrix.to/#/#osgeo-geos:matrix.org
 irc://irc.freenode.net/#osgeo-geos

Matrix also supports bridging to other chat systems, if needed,
which can be used to get the community back togheter. QGIS just
today merged again the IRC and Gitter users (finally!).
