[geos-devel] Motion: Approve Commit Access for Kurt Schwehr

Dear PSC,


Kurt has been undertaking security fuzzing related activities in
numerous open source geo projects including PROJ and GDAL, and his
ticket traffic on the topic in the GEOS project has been stopped up due
to lack of developer interest. I motion to give him push access to
pursue the security fuzzing topic for GEOS.
