 The variables `GEOS_VERSION_MAJOR`, `GEOS_VERSION_MINOR`, and
 `GEOS_VERSION_PATCH` are undefined in `geos_c.h` after building with
 CMake. It looks like the problem might have been introduced in
 [changeset:d43e678/git]
