Yes, if I understand it correctly.
UnaryUnion of B works correctly in JTS. But I do see some very close
coordinates in the output though, which might mean that GEOS is hitting a
robustness problem during the sequence of unions somewhere in UnaryUnion.
The upcoming OverlayNG should fix this kind of problem.
