[geos-devel] Motion: stop brain damage and move finally to github as primary repository

Sorry about that, I must have mashed the button instead of merging the branch manually and pushing to osgeo.
Yes, I would agree that consolidating to GH would be very nice, or at a minimum making GH the primary repo so that the magic tooling works. 
First though... 3.9  :)
