[geos-devel] Ticket #1050: Debug assertion failure when buiding GEOS under windows with MSVC /MTd flag -who can help

I forget which folks we have are proficient with using Windows Visual
Studio.

The particular ticket is

which is about VS 2015.  I'm not sure where to start with it and he does
have some suggestions on how to fix.. 


 I have VS 2019 but not really proficient with using it with CMake or C++
and I'm not sure I would run into the same issues anyway since I don't have
VS 2015 anymore.
