Yes it does -- aka gdal.org  https://gdal.org
The only issue with (at least when GDAL was setup is that GH couldn't SSL
gdal.org and www.gdal.org so we had to setup a redirect on osgeo7 to
redirect all www.gdal.org pages to gdal.org.
That is a none issue with geos.osgeo.org since we've never publicized a www
anything.
