[geos-devel] Motion: Adopt RFC-7 (Discontinue use of autotools)

Hi,

I'd like to thank everyone who contributed to the recent discussion of
RFC-7 [1]. Considering the feedback received, and our early position in the
release cycle, I do not anticipate problems from removing autotools for our
next release.
