[geos-devel] 3.10.0rc2

GEOSwift builds & tests are passing. I also just spent some time studying
the WKT writer changes when trim is true. I like the new ryu-based
behavior. I made a slight change to the public GEOSwift API in light of
this change and drafted some documentation for the two methods that are
impacted by it:
