Hi Paul,

I've been gradually working my way through the XML overlay tests, making
curved versions and fixing issues as they come up. I haven't found anything
on the scale that would block a release. On the other hand, we have open
issues with 3.15 in some of our downstream projects:

Nothing jumps out at me as likely to be serious, but it might be nice to
see some resolution on these before the release.

FWIW, the problems with GEOS 3.15 in GDAL were very minor and resolved with
