Pierre,

After years holding my current position on pixelispoint, I am slowly
coming to the conclusion that I am going to have to "eat crow" and change
my interpretation of images with pixelispoint. However, I prefer to keep
my head buried in the sand for a while longer.

The encouragement for an EPSG 6.9 enabled libgeotiff was enough to push
me to produce a release without addressing a few other outstanding issues
in libgeotiff (ie. yours, the recent false easting/northing issue).

In short, I haven't done anything but I am recognising I am wrong and will
have to make some changes.

I hope you don't mind me cc:ing this back to the geotiff list, since others
might have an interest. It would help a lot if I saw a clear agreement on
the list.

Best regards,
