[Geotiff] Win32 Version of Libgeotiff/Libtiff for MinGW

Does anybody know how could I get win32 version of lastest
libgeotiff/libtiff that could be used under MinGW?

I download one from maptools, but it seems to be outdated.

And I try to use the ver. 3.8.2 libtiff with libgeotiff, but some error
occured during execution (listgeo.exe). So maybe the lastest version of both
lib might helps.
