Sure, that's not a problem since neither the software nor any of the
data files using the new key has left my computer until now.

So, now it is

GeogToWGS84GeoKey

KeyID = 2062
Type = 7 * DOUBLE
Values = dX, dY, dZ, Rx, Ry, Rz, dS

I'll see what I can do. I can't release the files I'm using here into
the public but I'll try to get some public domain data  (or make
something up).
