[Geotiff] Compiled EXEs?

Not being a C programmer, I have no idea how I can actually create the 
listgeo.exe and geotifcp.exe programs. I read through the readme and 
it's all just a foreign language to me! I managed to find very old 
(version 1) exes on a website which work, but I don't think the results 
will be very interoperable. I think it would be better to have exes of 
the latest version.

Can anyone help me get windows 64bit versions of listgeo.exe and 
geotifcp.exe?
