Geotk already provides {{NumberGraduation}}, {{LogarithmicNumberGraduation}} and {{DateGraduation}} for the rendering of axes. The renderer module use them for painting grid decorations. An {{AngleGraduation}} implementation would slightly improve the rendering of grids on Geographic CRS.
