A {{org.geotoolkit.referencing.operation.provider.ConformanceTest}} class has been added, which compares the hard-coded names and EPSG codes declared in various {{MathTransformProvider}} implementations with the actual name/code declared in the EPSG database. This new test allowed us to spot a few erroneous codes. The test for conformance should be extended to:

* The hard-coded list of parameters declared in {{MathTransformProvider}} implementations.
* The metadata JAXB annotations, to be compared with UML annotations.
