Hi,

thanks for the link.

For the moment you can always try to copy the classes and replace all 
call to a new volatile image
by a call to a new BufferedImage. that should do the trick.

You can also try to use the DefaultPortrayalService first, he use a 
bufferedImage.
to see if the problem really comes from the volatile image.
