[geotk] Geotk 3.02 milestone released

Hello all

Continuing on the monthly release policy, Geotk 3.02 has been released. Source 
code, javadoc and bundles (everything in one JAR, including sources) can be 
downloaded from this page:

     http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.02/

All API changes compared to the previous version are documented there:

     http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.02/changes.html

The JAR and sources can also be downloaded from the Maven repository using 
<version>3.02</version>:

     http://maven.geotoolkit.org/

Note that the Maven repository contains the JARs for both "geotk" and 
"geotk-pending" at version 3.02. However only the javadoc for the "geotk" part 
is generated at this time.
