I've noticed that JDBCFeatureReader prefixes FIDs with table name, for example table.12332. I suppose that intention is that every FID would be unique within datastore. However, this introduces unnecessary ambiguity inside composite keys, so different separator would be better e.g. table-122.333.444 instead of table.122.333.444.

And finally, is prefixing FID with datastore identifier really neccessary ? It certainly makes using FID filters harder. When constructing the filter, you might not know the table name at all ...
