The installation directory is currently "{{.geotoolkit}}" on Unix machines, "{{Library/Geotoolkit}}" on MacOS or "{{Application Data/Geotoolkit}}" on Windows machine. We need to add the "{{.org}}" part for consistency with the naming used everywhere else in the library, and for legal safety.
