DefaultGeographicCRS.WGS84 gives us a CRS in long, lat order which is opposite from the most wide usage in GIS and geodesy. Unfortunately, it is the only statically available 2D geographic CRS so there is a tendency to use it purely out of convenience. GeoTk needs to provide users with a static CRS in the lat, long order so we can work in the most widely expected axis order.
