Yes sometime... The informations provided by GraphicsConfiguration is provided 
only on a "best effort" basis and depends on whatever information Java2D can 
extract from the OS or the hardward. We can only use that as hint. If an 
accurate measurement is wanted, you may be better to do the measurement directly 
on your screen.
