[geotk] Geotk 3.07 released

Hello all

Geotk 3.07 milestone has been deployed on the Maven server and on the download area:

     http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.07/

Please see the above link for release notes and the list of all API changes 
since the previous release.

The main new features in this release is the Coverage I/O work:

   * Image I/O metadata has been expanded to include the CRS.
   * Plugins for ASCII grid (read/write), WorldFiles (read/write)
     and raw reader. They demonstrate the usage of Image I/O metadata.

NetCDF reader and writer are next on the list, so they will be part of the next 
release.
