Add explicit dependency to {{jai_imageio.jar}} version 1.1. This is for convenience on platforms that do not provide installation program (e.g. MacOS). An other raison is that we actually want to avoid usage of native code (at least for now), since the Java 6 PNG and JPEG plugins are now better than the JAI Image I/O ones.
