[geotk] Problem with org.geoapi

Hello Brian

I deployed a geoapi-3.0-RC2 artifact with the issue hopefully fixed. I tried to 
build the project that you sent to me, and I did not get anymore the "bad 
constant pool index" error. I get an other error however ("Scala signature 
JUnit4 has wrong version"), but I suspect that we are back to normal stuff. I 
you could confirm, that would be great.
