Actually this module is not gone (you can still browse it at 
http://hg.geotoolkit.org/geotoolkit-pending/file/tip/modules/clients/geotk-client-csw). 
But I don't think that we can checkout a single module with Mercurial like what 
we can do with Subversion. I think that we have no choice to checkout the whole 
project:

hg clone http://hg.geotoolkit.org/geotoolkit-pending
