[geotk] sos observations and measurements (om) parsing

hi juergen,

I think you are missing the xsi:type attribute on yours result part. 
without it, JAXB can determine which type of object it has to 
instanciate, so it build a DOM sub-tree.


ex:
<om:result xsi:type="swe:DataArrayPropertyType">
                 <swe:DataArray id="array-1">
                     <swe:elementCount>
                         .................
                         .................
                         .................
