[geotk] WPS client example

Quentin had a look. The Geotk WPS client send POST requests, while the 
52 North server answers to GetCapabilities and DescribeProcess for GET 
requests only. According WPS standard (from memory), support for GET 
requests is mandatory while POST is optional, so the Geotk WPS client 
should be updated...
