[GIS.lab] Moving GIS.lab repositories under organization umbrella

Hi all,
I have started with process of detaching of GIS.lab project from my
person and moving under new organization umbrella which will serve
better for future GIS.lab development and building community around.

Please expect moving 'gis-lab' and 'gislab-web-mobile' repositories on
GitHub to new body [1] in the near future.

When done I will announce it in this list. Any feedback is welcome
during next GIS.lab online meeting [2].
