It is not good idea to change configuration of machines managed by
Vagrant by hand. You can set memory by setting GISLAB_SERVER_MEMORY
variable (see system/group_vars/all).

If you need some other configuration not supported by GIS.lab, it can
be done by modifying Vagrantfile (see Vagrant docs [1]).
