[GIS.lab] [announcement] new release 0.6.0

Hi,

on behalf of GIS.lab development team it's pleasure for me to inform
you that new release of GIS.lab has been published, see [1].

This version is the last one based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Currently we
are working on new version 0.7.0 which will be built on the top of the
current Ubuntu LTS (16.04).
