[Gisquick] Week 5 Report - Gisquick platform extension

Hello everyone,
my report for week 5 is listed bellow.

*What did you get done this period?*
- After conversation with my mentors we decided to change original tasks
for week 5. Focus of week 5 was on QGIS3 integration in Gisquick plugin.
Lot of work was done so far but current status is still in process.
- All the work during this period is detaily described in my Wiki page [1] .

*What do you plan for next week?*
- Finish QGIS3 integration
- Support Qdate time format

*Are you blocked on anything?*
- I am not blocked.
