[Gisquick] Gisquick OSGeo Community Project request

Dear all,

Gisquick project would be honoured to become a OSGeo Community Project.

1) Gisquick [0] is a geospatial open source [1] software

2) Development team [2] is quite small, new contributors are highly welcome.

Project source is located on Github [3]. New devs/users can join the
project on dedicated mailing list [4] hosted by OSGeo.
