   grass-addons/grass7/raster/r.futures/r.futures.pga/keyvalue.h
   grass-addons/grass7/raster/r.futures/r.futures.pga/main.c
Removed:
   grass-addons/grass7/raster/r.futures/r.futures.pga/main.cpp
Modified:
   grass-addons/grass7/raster/r.futures/r.futures.pga/Makefile
Log:
r.futures: switch from C++ to C

Using C99 for stdbool.h. KeyValue structure inspired
by GRASS lib. Using int list and text parsing from
GRASS lib. asundev list managed in the main code
so that the indexing is still the same (no change
in the code).
