* Simplify Makefile to build all subdirs

* Filter out subdirs containing DEPRECATED file

* Filter out subdirs containing DEPRECATED file

* Apply to other Makefiles

* Replaced by r.out.gdal

* Replaced by r.out.gdal

* Replaced by r.in.gdal/r.import

* Simplify misc Makefile accordingly

* Further clean raster Makefile
