  r.mapcalc.tiled: add performance test (#146)

Added Python scripts to execute and visualize a performance test r.mapcalc.tiled vs r.mapcalc.

* add test to r.mapcalc.tiled
* add sync: force writing everything to disk rather than caching
* Update grass7/raster/r.mapcalc.tiled/tests/readme.md
