  Add collection 2 support in i.landsat.download (#450)

This change adds collection 2 support in i.landsat.download and a timeout option after landsatxplore latest updates (v0.12.1). It includes @griembauer 's suggestion for clouds and dates sorting, and @neteler 's fix timeout seconds from string to integer
