  SEO: define canonical URL in older manual pages; robots.txt tweaks (#800)

- define canonical manual URL (grass-stable) in `cron_grass7_relbranch_build_binaries.sh`
- do not disallow crawling of even GRASS GIS version number manual pages in `robots.txt`

Minor fixes: fix duckduckgo search syntax in `cron_grass*_build_binaries.sh`
