Selectively update `super-linter.yml` to GRASS GIS Addons PR https://github.com/OSGeo/grass-addons/pull/847

* do not mix VALIDATE=true and VALIDATE=false
* VALIDATE_MD -> VALIDATE_MARKDOWN
