  i.eodag: additional options and modifications for i.sentinel.download (#1152)

* Remove default value for clouds, because it causes problem with products with no cloud coverage

* Change default behaviour of AOI to use the bounding box, and only use the borders if the b flag is set

* Add skip flag, to skip products that seem to have been downloaded

* Add footprint to sorting options

* Use parse_command instead of read_command in get_aoi_box

* Apply suggestions from code review, improve skip exisiting scenes efficiency

* Skip products only if they are saved in the '.downloaded' directory, to validate that they were completely downloaded without interruption
