  CI: Update --tmp-location to --tmp-project (#1162)

Fix warning

`Option --tmp-location is deprecated, use --tmp-project instead`

but only from GRASS GIS 8.4 onwards.

Mostly in GitHub CI and cronjobs, but also documentation.
