* Add testsuite files for r.distance

* Added function descriptions

* Stripped Carriage Returns for windows-2019 build and tests

* Changed maps and tuned asserts to rectify earlier build fails

* Corrected maps in 3rd test

* fix for windows build issues and doc correction
