  r.maxent.train: improvements (#1240)

Changed:

- Only one background point layer with same attribute columns as sample point layer
- Progress indicator (for part of process)
- Allow to set precision of output raster layer. This can help to avoid extreme small numbers (set lower precision to get these rounded to 0)
