  cronjob: drop to copy over CHANGES file (#1208)

Starting from G8.4.1dev the outdated CHANGES and NEWS files have been dropped (https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/pull/4317).
Hence do not attempt to copy them over to the snapshot directories.
