  r.in.ahn: changed how AHN is downloaded and added various download options (#1565)

* Add option to download AHN version 2 to 6
* Changed download mechanism (direct download of tiles instead of wcs protocol)
* Option to download 0.5 or 5 m resolution
* Add option to download laz tiles.
