  docs: Fix typos, broken links, old parameter names in examples (#1344)

Fixes typos, broken links, including many old GRASS wiki links, and old parameter names used in the examples, esp. in *t.stac* and *r.stream.basins* tools. Updates *t.stac* dependencies.
