  chore: Update .gitignore to include some changes from upstream GRASS repo (#1441)

After comparing the .gitignore files from the main grass repo and the addons repo, I carried over some relevant exclusions here, notably the .vscode exclusions, the whole point of this PR.

I also copied over the CMake exclusions, even if not ready yet, addons will at some point support being built through CMake.
