  Define default node language version in .pre-commit-config.yaml to LTS

Markdownlint-cli removed support for node 18, the default activated one for the Ubuntu 22.04 runner images. Since this problem could be encountered by contributors, define the default node version in the pre-commit config file. The string "lts" is a valid value, and is appropriate here.
